Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
- To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

- The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
How do we protect your private contact information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
How do we protect your responses to research questions?
Confidentiality is protected through the use of unique confidential research identification numbers. Each MassageNet member is assigned a research identification number. The MassageNet staff members are the only people who have the link between the MassageNet member names and their research identification numbers. Confidentiality will be maintained by allowing only research personnel access to data collected. Data will be secured via Survey Monkey encrypted secure database. Once data collection is complete the data will be exported to a local computer in our secure Practice Based Research Data Office and removed from the Survey Monkey site.
All data collected from any participating therapist will be kept completely confidential. Any press releases or information published on the MassageNet website will not include personal identifiers unless the therapist has given the network consent to use such information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
Third party links
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
