Previous Studies
The purpose of this survey was to gather basic information about medical conditions you have seen but not necessarily treated in your massage practice. These results will be used to develop future research for the massage profession and also resources for practicing massage therapists like you.
The Client Survey Study was the first research study in the MassageNet research network, and was funded by the Massage Therapy Foundation. This study was designed to better describe massage client characteristics, views on massage, effects of care, and satisfaction with massage in the state of Illinois. The results of this survey will enable massage therapy professionals to understand more about the type of client that seeks massage and effects of care they experience.
